At LEMMO, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your sports equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
